Customers who sign up for an extended service term will have the ability to take advantage of new wireless technology as it is developed. Although customers are committed to OCIS they are not locked into a particular plan. OCIS is committed to providing our customers with the latest in technology in return for their commitment to us. Our customers are important and we intend to listen and respond to their changing needs.

LINE OF SIGHT REQUIREMENTS

Line of sight testing will establish the following:

• confirm the path is clear of any obstructions
• determine antenna location and style - tripod, mast, wall mount
• measure distance from antenna to inside equipment to determine wiring requirements
• get pc specifications ie. number of, operating systems, network status - to confirm necessary equipment
